This is made by Studio Y, the material is Polyester. This is a very nice halter top with a slightly padded bust area and has a pretty silver chain tie. The material is stretchy I will give relaxed measurements. The bust measures 32" and the length from the underarm is 18". Very cute shirt retails for $26.00.
